There are shops and a food court on the lower levels of the building.

The news studio can be seen through the window on the left. - If you look closely you can see the reflection in the window of the Chicago Theater across the street. Chicago's famous El train.  Several lines circle the downtown Loop. Interesting reflection.  We don't know what building this is.
