Marquette City Hall An interesting old building in downtown Marquette June 26: Bill's enjoying the cool water of Lake Michigan. This is a view of the lake side park where we stopped to swim. We're headed across the Mackinac Bridge that connects upper and lower Michigan.
June 28: Near Kewadin, Michigan we found this stone marker. It has stones from every county in Michigan. The falls at the town of Leland where we went to dinner with family friends. June 30: We're back on the road again heading back north on the Mackinac Bridge as we head back to Wisconsin. A view of the Mackinac Bridge from a park on the north side. July 1: We came to another marker for the 45th parallel along U.S. Route 41 in Wisconsin. We'd heard that Green Bay had a famous football team. We found the stadium! The town of Port Washington, Wisconsin We're headed into Milwaukee on I-43. Here you see all of the tall TV towers ahead of us. We didn't get to see much from the Interstate, but here is one view of the Rockwell Company and a church
