House of Representatives Chambers The Capitol Lobby The east side of the Capitol building has a nice park July 8 -- We arrived at our home for the next four days, the EconoLodge in Portland We were about a mile and a half northeast of downtown Portland. We set - out for a walk and passed the Rose Quarter, an arena for sports and concerts.
