Wednesday, April 22 -- We took a tour to Kualoa Ranch where several movies
and TV shows have been filmed. It's located in the northeastern part of Oahu.

NEXT
We await the start of the tour of the ranch. They have buses, open-air trailers, - four wheeled drive vehicles, horses and ATVs for the various tours that are available. The first stop on our tour. The man in the blue shirt is our tour guide. Mokoui Island, better know locally as the Chinaman's Hat. A view of the coast from the hill above the ranch. Chinaman's Hat is right behind Bill's head. This is an old bunker from World War II that is now used as a museum of movie posters and memorabilia.
The view from outside the old bunker. If this looks like a scene from 'Lost', 'Jurassic Park', or several - other movies, it's because this is the area used for filming them. We don't remember the scene, but this log is supposed to be an important part of the film 'Jurassic Park'. This is 'Hurley's Golf Course' from the show 'Lost'. This hole used to be much deeper. It was the hole made by Godzilla's foot. - They had to fill it in some, though, because cows kept falling into it. You've seen this view many times from 'the island' on 'Lost'.
