Our next trip is north to Marin County. Our first stop is the Marin Headlands
viewing area overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge and the city of San Francisco.

   
You get a fabulous view of the Golden Gate here. We're now at Muir Woods National Monument and its beautiful, tall redwood trees. A ranger tells visitors a little history about the national monument along with - information about the trees.  Here you can see how huge the redwood trees are.
