We met Larry's sister and brother-in-law, Pat and George,
in Santa Fe then headed for Bandelier National Monument.

The rock walls at Bandelier where Indians built their dwellings. Bill climbs up the ladder to look inside the dwelling. Art on the walls.
Bill, Chuck and George climbed high up into the dwellings. - Pat and Larry decided to stay on terra firma. Sunday, October 16 - Bright yellow flowers, and butterflies! - Today we traveled to Santa Fe, but stopped - at Pecos National Monument on the way. Santa Fe Plaza where local Native Americans sell their jewelry, blankets and art work.
Snow has already dusted the peaks. Northwest of Taos, New Mexico - Looking down at the Rio Grande from a bridge high over its gorge. Tuesday, October 18 - We stopped for a short hike through the Three Rivers Petroglyph Site north of Tularosa.
