The Road To The Sun through Glacier National Park is still closed due to snow.
We have to take U.S. Route 2 along the south edge of the park to East Glacier.

We stop at a scenic overlook and find this sign about mountain goats. We go to the viewing platform but can't see the goats at first. Can you spot them? The goats are on the sandy cliffs above the Flathead River. There are some great mountain views to be seen traveling east along U.S. Route 2. We stopped to check out this waterfall.
Train tracks followed the highway along the south edge of Glacier National Park. The scenery is fantastic as we cross the Continental Divide
This is a memorial to President Theodore Roosevelt Larry stands next to the statue of John Stevens at the Roosevelt memorial We turn north on Route 49 at East Glacier
