Sunset view from our room It's Wednesday morning and were back at the Reno Amtrak station. - You can see our train approaching in the distance. Our train arrives. Time to board for our trip back to San Francisco. West of Reno we pass the Boomtown Casino.
Monday night a storm had moved through leaving a little bit of snow - on the mountain tops.  Notice the lack of trees here in Nevada. As you reach the California state line you find a lot more trees. Truckee River This and the next few photos show the scenery seen from the train.
