Looking to the north of that cement platform, you can see the homes built on the hillsides above Waikiki. The view if you look further to the north. This looks like an old bunker built into the side of the crater. We begin our trip back down the trail. Another view from the trail. The view disappears as we approach the bottom.
It's lunch time! Mahalo means 'Thank you' in Hawaiian. Bill heads back through the tunnel to 'The Bus'. Wednesday, April 22 -- We took a tour to Kualoa Ranch where several movies - and TV shows have been filmed. It's located in the northeastern part of Oahu. We await the start of the tour of the ranch. They have buses, open-air trailers, - four wheeled drive vehicles, horses and ATVs for the various tours that are available. The first stop on our tour. The man in the blue shirt is our tour guide.
