The view seen as we depart for our hotel in Dun Laoghaire (pronounced Dun Leary) Wednesday, August 17 -- Bill woke up today feeling miserable with a terrible cough.  We called for a - doctor.  The doctor actually came to the hotel room, said that Bill had bronchitis and had to spend the - day in bed to rest and recover.  We missed the tour of Dublin scheduled for today.  I went and got Bill's - prescriptions, did our laundry, went shopping, wandered around Dun Laoghaire and took these photos. - ------------------------- - This is our hotel, the Royal Marine.  We had one of the rooms - with a balcony, seen on the right, with a gorgeous view of the bay.
Our hotel was on a cul-de-sac off the main street where you see the church. The City Hall of Dun Laoghaire Dun Laoghaire harbor Thursday, August 18 -- We departed for our tour of Ireland.  Our first - stop was the Irish National Stud Farm and Japanese Gardens.
