We're back on the road headed for the Scottish Highlands crossing the Firth of Tay.
We have front row seats today which is perfect for our drive through this beautiful countryside.

 
On the other side of the Firth of Tay is the city of Dundee. We begin our drive into the highlands. This is heather, which grows wild all over Scotland. We are now winding through the hills. Watch out for the cyclists.
We went through a shower, messing up the windshield for our photos. This is our stop for lunch at the Fife Arms in the town of Braemar. The soup here was excellent! Back on the road, we drive along a pretty river. We climb higher into the highlands.
