We visit the National Railway Museum of England Many neat old locomotives and rail cars are on display at the museum.
We cross over the River Ouse on the way back to our hotel, the York Novotel. Thursday, August 11 -- We head north from York on the way to Scotland. - Here is a view from the coach as we cross the River Ure. Our first stop is at Hadrian's Wall from Roman times, 2000 years ago.
We drive north through the English countryside as the rain continues to fall. We enter Scotland!
