We arrive in Oxford.  We have a couple of hours to tour - the city and have lunch. This is the Martyrs' Memorial. You can easily see what the main means of transportation is in this university city. Hertford College and Bridge -- The bridge is popularly known as 'The Bridge of Sighs' after the Venetian original.
